Developing yourself as an effective human resource or learning and development practitioner (4DEP) is a CIPD level 3 unit that helps learners have a sound understanding the knowledge, skills and behaviors required of a professional in their line of work.   Human Resource Professional Map (HRPM)

The topic covers the elements of HRPM and how it influences HR or L and D practitioners in their workplaces. The map is an important tool in HR because it will guide the learners on the behaviors and areas of human resource that they are required to have in order to achieve a mission. HRPM has three main areas which are professional behaviors, areas and bands. The topic is important to both the leaners and organisations.

  Insights, Solutions and Strategies
