3RAI covers various topics that include:

  Data

You will begin with the definition of data. You will also discuss its importance in human resource. The unit will cover on the types of data that include employment history, demographic data, performance data, and job details. As an HR practitioner you will be able to identify the type of data that is useful to your business. You also cover on the different ways of collecting data and may include interviews and questionnaires.
