Module Overview

Managing employment relationship effectively in an organisation is the role of a human resource practitioner. This unit will introduce a number of aspects in employment relations. The Importance of this Module in Human Resource Management

This module is important to HR, and learning and development practitioners because they will learn to create good employee relationship in the organisation. This creates a positive environment in the work place. Which boost the productivity thus encouraging teams to produce more of what they were supposed to produce.

This unit encourages skill development in the organisation. By taking this unit learners are encouraged to take leadership roles.
